Are you calling the right number? I had to call to cancel my tour tickets this morning and all I could hear was people on all the phones saying they couldn't take bookings for the friendly as it's the wrong number, they had to call Ticketmaster. I assume thats what you're trying to do.

its a complete shambles, got thru and they are saying my memberships numbers are wrong for me and my son, i have both memberships in my hands.
They are also saying all the eticketing has crashed and they are also having server issues.
Only West ham could fuck up this badly

I knew this would happen so got an email from ticket office a few weeks back confirming I was a member and on the waiting list
low and behold when I eventually get logged in today I get told I have insufficient privileges to buy
tried ringing, 22nd in the queue and a wait time of 76mins
I don't think so

I just got 2 tickets £40 and £30 , took ages, they have given me different memberships numbers to the one's on the cards. 2 hours that took and they don't have a fucking clue what they are doing

I used 0808 110 2016 spent 30 mins waiting to be told that I can log in and pay for my ST online.
If it is a ST renewal you are after doing WHOMail me and I will give you an email contact who can assist you online in minutes.
I don't think he would be too chuffed if I posted it on here.
